Our 7 Step Retained Search Process:
Step 1: Management Review
An initial meeting is held to develop working knowledge of the organization and the requirements of the position
Step 2: Position Profile
A detailed written specification is prepared and reviewed to demonstrate our understanding of the position
Step 3: Research
Utilizing our extensive network and database, a list of qualified prospects is developed and calls are made to targeted individuals.
Step 4: Candidate Identification
Interviews are conducted by the search consultant and a slate of candidates is submitted to the client. Realignment around the initiative is facilitated (if required) and interviews are scheduled between the client and selected candidates.
Step 5: Candidate Evaluation
We will provide written profiles of the submitted candidates who are deemed qualified and appropriate
Step 6: Reference Checking
We reach out to qualified individuals to comment in depth and in confidence about the candidate
Step 7: Offer and Closure
We work with the client on structuring the compensation package and facilitate the resolution of any related or residual issues
